  3. Spread the batter into the medium hot pan gently & pour a tsp of oil around the roti & let it cook for 2 mins
  4. Flip over to cook the other side & let it cook for 2 more mins.
  5. Spread some ghee on top & serve hot with chutney. Enjoy!!
