  1. Place the chicken in a bowl,add salt, 2tbsp cornflour and 1tsp soy sauce mix well and set a side,
  2. Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic saute for 1 min,
  3. Add chicken in it and fry till golden in color,
  4. Add capsicum and pineapple,
  5. After 2 mints add remaining soy sauce,chilli flakes, salt, pineapple tang, chicken stock and remaining cornflour dissolve in water,
  6. Stir to mix and simmer,
  7. Lastly add spring onions.
  8. Serve hot with fried rice or garlic rice
