Fafda is one of the most well liked of current trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s appreciated by millions every day. Fafda is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook fafda using 9 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Fafda:
  1. Take 1 cup besan
  2. Take 1 pinch hing
  3. Get 1 pinch baking powder
  4. Take 1/4 tsp ajwain
  5. Take As per taste Salt
  6. Take As per taste Black pepper powder/crushed (optional)
  7. Get 2-3 pinch Red chili powder (optional)
  8. Prepare 3-4 tsp oil
  9. Get as per requirement Oil for frying
Instructions to make Fafda:
  1. In a big vessel mix Besan, crushed ajwain, hing, baking powder, salt, and 1 tsp oil. And mix it nicely. FafdaFafda1. Now add 1-1 tsp water and Knead the dough. Be careful besan won't observe much water, hardly 3-5 tsp will be required to Knead the dough.
  2. Keep kneading so that we get a smooth and soft dough. Now add 2-3 tsp oil and Knead again.
  3. Then divide this dough into small same-size balls, try to make a Cylindrical roll kind.
  4. Now on a rolling pan Or wooden surface, press and stretch it thin with the help of palms in forwarding direction.
  5. Scrape off with the help of a knife without damaging the fafda. (Missed to capture pic).
  6. Now deep fry them with on medium flame.
  7. Enjoy your fafda with chutney or kadi..!!!
