The ingredients needed to make Pilau:
  1. Get 1 kg Lean beef
  2. Prepare 2 cups rice
  3. Make ready 2 large onions
  4. Take 2 ripe tomatoes
  5. Take 3 cloves garlic

  3. Once onions are done, add in pounded garlic and ginger. Finally add in pilau masala and cook for about a minute.
  4. Next, toss in chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for about a minute too while covered.
  5. Finish off with chillies(optional), water and salt to taste.
  6. Add in your washed rice, stir, reduce heat to low and cover to cook until well done or water has evaporated.
