  1. Boil the lamb with above-mentioned ingredients until lamb is boiled well. Turn off the flame when lamb is boiled.
  2. In a pot, add oil, onions and garlic paste sautΓ© them well. Then add tomatoes, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Cook on low flame until tomatoes are mashed.
  3. Now add in lamb from the boiling mixture and on top of that green chilli paste. Mix it well and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Now add in the remaining lamb stock and cook on low to medium flame until curry is made.
  5. Boil the rice and start the layering.
  6. When layering is completed garnish it with dried brown onions and serve hot with Green spiced yogurt. Enjoy
