  3. Now add water in parts, begin to mix the water to knead to a tight dough.
  4. Now add oil, mix again and continue to knead.
  5. Knead till you get a soft smooth dough,  cover and keep aside the dough for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, make ball from the dough and flatten with your hand.
  7. Now roll a large piece of dough with a rolling pin on a greased rolling board.
  8. Then with a knife cut long strips.
  9. Heat oil in a big wok and add the fafda pieces gently in the oil.
  10. When one side is crisp and golden, then with a slotted spoon gently turn over each fafda and fry the both sides.
  11. Remove with a slotted spoon draining excess oil.
  12. Place them on kitchen paper towels for soaking extra oil.
  13. Serve hot with fried green chilli or jalebi.
