  1. Wash your meat and boil it,when its ready keep it aside, now wash your rice and put aside.
  2. Put oil in the sufuria,now cut onions into small slices and put it in the sufuria,add cinnamon sticks,cardamom,black pepper and stir.when the onions becomes golden brown add garlic and ginger paste.
  3. Now add the meat and its soup in the golden onions,and add pilau masala,potatoes and salt. Then after its boiling add the rest of the soup and if the soup is little you can add alittle water. Now add your rice and cover it to cook,if you are using charcoal put some on top of the lid and if using gas let it cook on a small flame. ENJOY😋
