  2. When it will start boiling add green chilli paste and Ginger garlic paste. traditionally it isn't added.when it will start boiling fast add rice flour with continuous stiring.there should not be any lump
  3. Allow it to cook for five minutes.take out in plate add Knead soft.make undi from it.prepare steamer.steam undis for ten minutes.serve with chutney.for chutney grind roasted peanuts and chana dal along with green chilli and salt. squeeze lemon on undis it's optional but adds taste to undis.
  4. There are many ways of making undis but it is easy and saves time.
