  4. Now in another pan take Jaggery add water to it.make syrup.dont make it thick
  5. With flour mixture make small balls and steam for ten mins
  6. Add to Jaggery syrup and give nice boil.switch off the gas. Let it cool and add coconut milk to it add nutmeg powder and dry fruits.
  7. Serve hot or cold your choice.
