Mochi is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions daily. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Mochi is something that I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook mochi using 5 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Mochi:
  1. Get mochi rice
  2. Take Red bean paste 100g or more
  3. Prepare kinako soy flour
  4. Take salt
  5. Get sugar
Steps to make Mochi:
    1. First, wash the rice lightly and have it soaked in the water for 6 hours.
    1. Drain the rice.
    1. Put the drained rice and 150-200ml into the mochi machine. It steams for about 40-50 minutes.
    1. Let the mochi machine pound mochi for 10 minutes. Then, shape.
    1. Mix salt, sugar and soy flour to make a mochi condiment.
    1. Enjoy the mochi together with 5. And/or red bean paste.
