  1. In a hot frying pan add the oil and fry the onion until soft but not brown. Add 2 eggs and scrambled
  2. Remove from the heat and add the rice, soy sauce, cooked prawns and defrosted peas.
  3. In a bowl or plastic container slice a cooked chicken breast and some red pork. Then fry one more egg like an omelet and fold in half. Put on top.
