Take egg noodles

Heat a frying wok over high heat. Add the oil and garlic until fragrant.
Add the chicken and squid and cook for 4 mins.
Now add chili paste and fry for a min.
Add the noodles, both soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sweet potato puree and fry for 4 mins.
Add egg, bean sprouts, spinach, potatoes and mix well.
