  1. Sift whole wheat flour, Ragi Flour, baking powder & cornflour together, then add a pinch of salt & milk powder & keep aside.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper & preheat the oven to 180°c.
  3. In a mixing bowl beat butter & sugar till lightly & fluffy, takes approximately 10min with hand beater. Then add vanilla extract & mix well, then add choco chips & mix well.
  4. Then add the dry ingredients & milk & mix it into a semi sticky dough, if you feel the mixture is not coming together you can add 1tbsp more milk.
  5. Spoon dollops of cookie dough on baking tray & bake it in a preheated oven for 12-15min over 160°c.
  6. Once baked remove the cookies on wire rack & let them cool for 30min, then serve.
  7. Note- when you remove cookies from the oven they will seem soft, but don't worry they harden when they cool.
