For jalebi… In a bowl add all ingredients mention in jalebi section.. And mix it… in a pipping bag add jalebi mixture in it…and in heated ghee make a jalebi shape and fry until golden.after golden dipped it in sheera for 5 mins now jalebbi is ready.
In a sauce pan add water,sugar and mix until sugar is disolve and thick consistency
In a bowl add all ingredients mention in fafda section and kned until soft dough….after kned it will be a rest for 30 minutes…after 30 minutes… make a small ball equal size.roll the ball like cilyndrical shape and on side of hand pull dough long…and fry until it become golden yellow in colour.now fafda are also ready…
