The ingredients needed to make Ragi halwa:
  1. Prepare 1/2cup- Ragi flour
  2. Prepare 3-4tbsp - ghee
  3. Prepare 1cup- milk
  4. Take 1/4cup - sugar
  5. Prepare 1/2tsp- cardamom powder
  6. Take As needed Chopped almond and cashew
Instructions to make Ragi halwa:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add ragi flour. Keep stirring the flour for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
  2. When the mixture starts bubbling add sugar and mix. Add hot milk. The milk has the hot so that heat the milk separately in another pan.
  3. Continue stirring till it starts thickening. Soon the mixture will starts leaving the edges of the pan. Add cardamom powder and mix.
  4. Switch off the flame and transfer the halwa in a plate. Garnish with chopped almond and cashew and serve hot.
