  7. Make ready as needed Dry fruit chopped

Churma is a sweet dish made by coarsely grinding deep fried whole wheat flour dumplings along with sugar. Churma can be enjoyed in its original powdered form, or it can be shaped into ladoos.   1. In bowl mix ragi flour,salt and make dough,and flatten it and roast on hot tawa adding ghee on both sides.
  2. Make pieces of ragi riti and grind in mixer.
  3. Heat ghee fry roast dry fruits to golden take on a plate, add jagarry to it and melt add coconut powder,cardmom powder turn off flame add prepared ragi powder and mix it well.
  4. Shape in laddus and ready to taste.
