  1. First, using a large bowl, mix the flours, all spices, chopped vegetables, curd and ghee. Rub the ghee well in the flours and combine well.
  2. Then pour the boiling water and cover the bowl. Keep for 10 minutes.
  3. Then knead to a soft and plaible dough. Use hot water if needed. Keep covered for 10 minutes.
  4. Then heat a tawa. Take ball sized portions of the dough and flatten on tawa with hands to a circle. Keep a hole in center.
  5. Pour 1 tsp oil on the sides and in center. Cover and cook on medium flame from both sides till brown spots appear and roti becomes a little dark brown-pink in colour.
  6. Remove and store coverd in cloth in hot case. Make all the rotis similarly.
