The ingredients needed to make RAGI AND DRY-FRUIT LADDOOS:
  1. Take 1 cup sprouted ragi flour
  2. Get 1/3 cup ghee
  3. Prepare 1/3 cup almonds
  4. Prepare 1/3 cup cashew nuts
  5. Prepare 1/3 cup dry coconut
  6. Prepare 1 cup jaggery
  7. Get 3 pods cardamom
Instructions to make RAGI AND DRY-FRUIT LADDOOS:
  1. Take ghee in a pan and roast almond, cashew nuts and dry coconut and keep aside for cooling to room temperature.
  2. Take ghee in a pan and heat it. add sprouted ragi flour and roast on medium flame till you get a nice aroma of ragi. Keep aside and let it cool down to room temperature.
  3. Mix together all the dry-fruits, coconut cardamom pods and ragi flour and add it to a mixer jar.Now add jaggery and grind it together.
  4. Take ghee in your palms and roll out laddoos of your desire sizes. Store in an airtight container. Can store for about a month.
