  1. Prepare 1.5 cup ragi
  2. Take 1 cup wheat ravva
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup rice flour
  4. Take 1 cup curd
  5. Make ready as required Green chilli n ginger paste
  6. Make ready 1 big onion sliced
  7. Make ready 2 tsp Jeera /cumin seeds
  8. Prepare 2 tsp salt.
  9. Get 2 cups Water
Instructions to make Ragi Dosa:
  1. Mix wheat ravva,ragi and rice flour. Grind chilli n ginger.
  2. Add curd, onions, cumin seeds, salt n add water mix well. Set for 10 mins.
  3. Spread on a pan add oil around it. I cook on low flame for some time then turn on high flame for crispiness. Serve it with coconut chutney.
