The ingredients needed to make Ragi dosa:
  1. Take 100 gm Ragi flour
  2. Prepare 50 gm sooji /rava
  3. Take 50 gm rice flour
  4. Take 1/2 cup methi (fenugreek)leaves
  5. Get 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  6. Take 1 spring onion
  7. Get 1/4 cup curry leaves chopped
  8. Take 1 green chilli finely chopped
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  11. Prepare 1 cup lassi/buttermilk
Instructions to make Ragi dosa:
  1. In a large mixing bowl add all ragi and rice flour, sooji, all the green leaves, salt and chilli. Add lassi and make a thin batter and keep aside for 10minutes
  2. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour 1/4tsp oil and a small ladle full of batter. Turn it around and cook for 1minute.
  3. Flip the dosa and cook on the other side for 1minute.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney and powder chutney
