  2. Prepare 2 cup rice
  3. Make ready 250 grams Lentils
  4. Get 400 grams Pasta (small rings)

  8. Get 2 1/2 tsp salt
  9. Prepare 1 pinch paprika (optional)

Instructions to make Koshari:
  1. Heat stove a little bit higher than medium and boil some water.
  2. After the water boils put in the pasta and leave it to boil for about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta.
  4. Boil some more water & put in the rice.
  5. Boil rice for 15 mins. then drain it.
  6. Cook lentils for about 15-20 mins.Don't forget to add water every now and then
  7. Put every thing together
  8. Crush the garlic.
  9. Cut the tomatoes to 1.5 inch thick chunks.
  10. Blend garlic & tomatoes together then cook sauce for 30 mins. abd add salt ,paprika&pepper.
  11. Cook onions and boil beans.
  12. When serving fill a plate with well,every thing!
