  2. Add it to Dosa batter. Rest it for 4-5 hours. Wash and chop vegetables.
  3. Add salt, chilli powder and chat powder to chopped vegetables. Add water and salt to batter. Pour batter in hot and seasoned pan.
  4. Top it with chopped vegetables. Apply ghee. Cook it on both sides. Serve hot with chutney..
