Make ready 1/4 tsp asafoedia
Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Prepare 2 tsp sugar

Prepare For Grated Raw Papaya :
Make ready 1 Fresh Raw Papaya
Take 5 tsp oil
Take 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Prepare 4-5 green chillies (sliced it)
Prepare 5-6 Curry leaves
Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Get 1 lemon juice
Take 3 tsp sugar
Prepare as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Fafada-Kadhi with Grated Raw Papaya:
For Fafda: Take bowl add water and oil, alkaline salt and baking soda blend it.
Take mixing bowl add gram flour, carom seeds, salt. Mix it well.
Now slowly slowly add the oil water mixture. And make soft dough.
Now take small part of it. Roll it cylinder. Grease oil on rolling plate and now with the help of palm stretch it thin strip. Another way is use platform surface grease oil and make strip with the help of rolling pin.
Now put frying pan add oil on medium flame. Take it out slowly from rolling plate. And deep fry it.
For Kadhi: Take a Pan add curd, gram flour, water blend it.
Take pan add oil, mustard seeds, astofedia, greenchillies,Curry leaves, Turmeric Powder.
Add to mixture of curd. now put mixture on low flame add salt, sugar. Mix it properly
Get it boil for 5 min. Kadhi is done
For Grated Raw Papaya: Peel the Papaya, wash it. Take out the seeds and grate it.
Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, astofedia, Green Chillies, Curry leaves.
Mix it well. Add turmeric powder. Add Grated Papaya
Add lemon juice, sugar, salt.
Mix it all well on low flame. Just for 2-3 min. The Papaya should not get soft. It should remain crunchy.
