Cream filling: Place butter and shortening in a mixing bowl, and at low speed, gradually beat in the sugar and water. Fit a pastry bag with a long and narrow tip. Fill the bag with the cream. Whisk the chilled pastry cream to loosen it up, then gently fold in one-third of the whipped cream.

Instructions to make Filling donuts:
  1. In a bowl add all your ingredients and mix, gradually add wate to foam a dough
  2. Transfer it to work surface and keep kneading for 20mnt, divide your dough into 10 portion and mould into perfect round shape
  3. Allow it to rise for 1hr in a warm place, then fry.
  4. Add your condensed milk in a bowl follow y powdered milk, whipped cream and flavour, mixed or whisk till smooth and fluffy ready to fill.

Fill the bag with the cream. Whisk the chilled pastry cream to loosen it up, then gently fold in one-third of the whipped cream. Fold in the remaining whipped cream until no white streaks remain. Also referred to as "raised doughnuts," this doughnut type uses yeast as a leavener, giving it a light and airy interior. Some other types of doughnuts, such as jelly or cream-filled, often have a yeast doughnut base.
