Instructions to make Dum arbi gravy:
First take arbi pieces, pur it into cooker.Add water and boil it until one whistle comes out.let it cool down and peel them. Keep it aside.
For marination- take arbi pieces, add turmeric powder,coriander powder, dry mango powder, degi red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder,garam masala powder and salt. Mix all ingredients well. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Now take a pan, add 1 btao oil. Add merinate arbi pieces. During until it become crispy. Keep it aside.
Now take a kadai, add 2 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds, then ginger garlic paste. Saute it for 2 minutes and add onion green chilli puree. Cook it until oil starts separates. Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder and salt. Then roasted peanut powder. Now add chopped tomatoes,cook until it becomes mushy. Then add curd. Cook until oil starts saprates.
Add fried arbi pieces then aapne water. Cook for 3-4 minutes.dum arbi gravy is ready garnish with coriander leaves.
