  1. Take a plate, take all arbi leaves, and spread gram flour batter which I have prepared, roll them. Now cook it with the help of a steamer.
  2. Now in a kadhai, add 2-3 glasses of water. Put milk net and into the kadhai and cover it and cook the roll with a steamer.
  3. Now cut them into a small pie and deep-fry them until the pakoras become golden brown in color.
  4. Now, in a kadhai, add oil as required, add onion paste, ginger & garlic mustard paste and saute it for few minutes. Add all the dry spices, add Tomato Puree and saute it for few minutes add little water when oil & Spice gets separated, add some water boil them for few mins add all the pakoras then cook them again for 2-3 mins.
  5. Arbi ki pakora ki subji is ready now. Serve it with jeera rice or roti.
