  1. Wash arbi and pressure cook. 1 or 2 whistle.
  2. After 2 whistle. Boil arbi ko peel karein. Cut karein. Chilli ko chilli cutter s cut kar le. Ya fr mixer m grind kar le (hlp of some water)
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add ajwain sprinkle then add green chilli paste saute them add salt mix well. Saute 30 sec.
  4. Add cut arbi mix well with spatula. Fry 4 to 5 min slow flme par. Off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with poori, paratha and packed lunch box also.
