  2. Now peel the skin, cut the arbi into slices, also chop the tomato, onion & green chilli.
  3. Now heat 1.5 tablespoon oil in a pan.onces oil is hot, add the cut arbis to it & add the jerra & curry leaves.
  4. Fry arbi on medium flame for around 10 mins. After add the tomatos & onion & green chilli.
  5. Now add the all spices salt, turmeric powder, red chilli.
  6. Let the arbi cook 5 to 10 more minutes on low heat cover the pan.
  7. After 10 minutes try arbi is Ready. Serve arbi with roti.
