  8. now untl it all turns golden, peel off the roasted brinjal and mash it up with a pinch of salt and few drops of mustard oil
  9. add the mashed brinjal to the fried
  10. add tomatoes, cover and cook
  11. after 3 mins, add the garam masala and keep stirring
  12. now add the half cup coconut milk to the pan
  13. let it simmer, cover it all
  14. now add salt to taste and cover it until the coconut milk is all absorbed
  15. to garnish u can use either coriander leaves or fry curry leaves in ghee and add
