  1. Take one potato and peel out. boil the potato into the pan for five minutes.
  2. Now cut the potato into small sizes.and chop onion. greenchili.coriander leavs.
  3. Take one plate add small sizes potato, cumin powder, Chaat masala, chopped onion, chopped chilli, chopped coriander leaves and salt mix well
  4. Spread sweet and sour chutney and Kerala mixture (u can use any type of masala).toss it nicely. Alu Kabli is ready to serve.
