Prepare Carrot (*cooked in salted water or sliced into thin strips)
Get Japanese Pickles (radish, ginger, cucumber, etc.)
Get Umeboshi, Natto
Steps to make Temaki-zushi:
Cook Sushi Rice. See my 'Sushi Rice' recipe.
Place Nori sheet on a plate, then spread small amount of Sushi Rice thinly, place some fillings on top the rice and roll up by hands and eat. Some people may wish to have some dipping Soy Sauce and Wasabi. Serve with hot Clear Soup (and cold wine!!!)
