  1. Prepare 10 dried kokum
  2. Prepare 1 cup coconut milk
  3. Take 2 green chillies
  4. Take 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder

  7. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds

Instructions to make Solkadhi:
  1. Be ready with all the ingredients.
  2. Soak the kokum in water for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, squeeze them nicely with the fingers. Now add 2 cups of water to this extract.
  3. Now add coconut milk. Also add salt to taste, roasted cumin seeds powder, chopped green chillies. Mix well.
  4. Prepare the tempering. Heat oil in a tadka pan. Once heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Let them crackle. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Serve it hot or cold.
