  6. Take 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp Garam masala

  9. Get 1 Onion (chopped)
  10. Make ready Handful Coriander leaves (chopped)
  11. Make ready 2 Green chillies (chopped)
  12. Prepare Coating:
  13. Take 3 Eggs (beaten)
  14. Get pinch Salt
  15. Take pinch Chilli powder
Steps to make Whosayna’s Kheema Patties:
  1. Boil and mashed potatoes, put little salt mix well and keep aside
  2. In a pan put mince meat, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder mix well and cook till done and dried up
  3. Let mince cool down completely then add onions, green chillies and coriander leaves, mix well
  4. Scoop two tablespoon of mince mixture and put on the potato puri, seal it up and make a pattie
  5. Scoop big portion of potatoes and make a puri on your palm
  6. Make all same, when done shallow fry dipping each in beaten egg sprinkled chilli and salt, till golden colour
  7. Put three at a time
  8. Remove on strainer then lay on a plate with kitchen paper on it
  9. Serve hot with coconut chutney
  10. NB: Can coat with bread crumbs after dipping in egg mixture
