  2. Prepare 1 1/2 leeks, chopped

  1. Prepare ingredients.
  2. In pot add leeks and onions, saute briefly, add cummin and garlic, stir till aromatic.
  3. Add tomato puree, turmeric and curry powder. Cook on medium high heat till oil separates to the top.
  4. Add drained chola and salt, stir, add hot water as deired. Cook for 3-5 mins. Add coriander. Let simmer for 5 more minutes till water evaporates.
  5. Serve hot. You can mix it with rice or eat it as it is. Enjoy!
