Instructions to make Chhole bhature:
  1. First of all, knead the dough for bhatura, take maida, salt, 1/2 spoon curd, and baking powder then mix it well and make the dough by using water like roti dough. - Keep aside for 2 hours and start preparing chole.
  2. Soak chole for 7 to 8 hours or overnight. Strain water, add fresh water, salt, teabag(if you want dark color), and boil it in the cooker. - Use chickpeas remaining boil water while making chole.
  3. Make the gravy with chopped onion and tomatoes adding ginger garlic paste and Indian masalas like coriander powder, red chili, Chola masala,tejpatta, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, and cloves. - Finally add boil chole, lemon juice, Kasuri methi, and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. After 2 hours take the dough and make small balls and roll it and fry it in hot oil make bhature (puri).
  5. Garnish chole with coriander leaves, onions and serve it with bhature with lots of love.
