For Kulcha dough - Mix all the ingredients and keep it resting for 3-4 hours. Again knead it and make small equal balls
Now roll it and on a heated tawa, put the rolled kulcha. Turn it add little water on side of the tawa and cover it and let it cook on slow flame.
Flip it again and let it cook with a covered lid and steam of water. Once the kulcha is ready, prepare all like this. And when u want to serve roast it with butter and serve it.
Boil the soaked chickpeas with salt and turmeric for 7-8 whistles till cooked completely.
Now in a Kadai, heat oil add mustard seed jeera and hing then add tomatoes and cook till softens. Now add all the spices and cook, then add chickpeas all and shimer it for 5-10 mins after boiled. Your Cholley is ready. Serve it with hot kulcha
