  3. Prepare low fat butter for cooking

  7. Prepare finely chopped green chilli
  8. Make ready ginger- garlic paste

Instructions to make Masala mixed sprout sandwich:
  1. For making sprouts:
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan add onion and saute on medium flame for 1-2 minutes or till translucent.
  3. Add ginger- garlic paste,chopped green chilli and saute.
  4. Now add pav bhaji masala,coriander powder,turmeric powder, cumin seed powder,black salt,chopped tomatoes,salt and saute add 2 tsp of water and mix well cook for 5 minutes on medium flame while strring occasionally.
  5. Add the boiled sprouts and mix and cook for 1 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Divide the sprouts mixture in 4 equal parts and keep aside.
  7. How to proceed:
  8. Place a bread slice on a flat dry surface and spread the sprout mixture evenly over it
  9. Toped it with 2 sliced onion and cover with another slice of bread.
  10. Pre-heat the griller and grill the sandwich using 1/2 tsp low fat butter on it.(if u heat the smell of onion then u can avoid it)
  11. Grill the sandwich till turns crisp aur brown from both side.
  12. Take out in a plate cut into two pecies and serve immediately and enjoy in breakfast or at tea time😍
