Sweet Dahi…! Method.. - Take a bowl add yogurt, sugar powder and mix it well. Sweet yogurt is ready.
Gol Gappay Ka Pani…. - - Tamarind (imli) Water 1 glass (Soaked Tamarind in hot water overnight. Then discard seed and strain it)
Cold Water 1 jug - - Take a bowl add all species in bowl, add Imli water and a jug of cold water. Mix it - - Gol Gappay water is ready.
Gol Gappay Method…. - - Take a bowl add suji, maida and salt and knead a hard dough. Cover it with wet cloth for 30 mins.
Now make a ball and roll it and make chapatti. Now cut out small round with the help of cutter.
Now make fry in warm oil. Fry it from both side. Gol Gappy is ready.
SANFAZ PLUM CHUTNEY - Water 4-5 tbsp.
Take out some Sanfaz plum Chutney on pan add some water.
Cook 2 mins to make thin. Switch off the burner. Keep aside to cool down.
