Sb s phley 2/3 cup choley lain or os ko porii raat bhigo dein
Phr subha choley ke pani phrlh dein or ik pateli lein os m 8/9 glass pani dalen or os ko boil honey rakh dein
Jab chiley boil hojain to cholha band kar ke cholon ko thanda honey dein
Phr os ke baad ik ghrrii pateli lein os m oil dalen or adrak lehsan ka paste dal kar os ko bhun lain
Phr os ke baad os m chilli powder, kuti hoi mirchey, kala namak, chat masala, namak, haldi, cumin powder, yellow food color dal kar os ko bhun lain or os m 2 tbsp choloey ka jo pani hai wo dal dein 40 to 50 second ke liye
Jab tak wo bhun rahey hain cholo ko thora sa blkl thora sa potato masher s mash krden
Phr jab wo bhun jain to os m choley, potatoes(cube shape) dal dein
Phr os ke baad os m chicken powder, green chilli (gol gol kti hoi) add karein
Phr os ko boil honey dein
Jab boil hojaye yo flame band krden Or os m hara dhaniya, pyaz, imli ka pulp dalen or os ko hilain
Or ab os ko ik bowl m nikal lein
Os ke uper garnishing karein kisi bhi sabzi s mne pyaz,timatar s kri hai ap log hara dhaniya, green chilli kch bhi dal sktey hain
For papri: - 2 rotiyan lein os ko square shape m katain or fry krlain or khatiya wadi ke uper dal kar serve karein
