Make ready 2 green chilli finely chopped
Steps to make Anday cholay:
Heat a little amount of oil and fry boiled eggs in it until golden. Set aside.
In the same pot add oil and fry onion puree and chopped green chillies
Add ginger garlic paste and all whole spices. Fry for 2 minutes
Add tomato puree and all powdered spices and cook for 5 minutes
Add half cup water and cover and cook until oil separates
Now add boiled chickpeas to it and cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Add water if needed.
Once the oil comes on top add boiled eggs and cook on dum for 2 minutes
Serve hot with naan
