Masala naram ho Jai to tez anch kar dain pani hushk ho Jai to oil dal dain or bunty jain achi tarhn se. oil alagh ho jai to dania powder dal ke mix Karin phir thora pani add karin mix Karin. ab chicken powder dal ke mix Kar lain.
Ab boiled allu ko masaly main dal ke achi tarhn se mix Karin or phir se bun lain 2 minute ke liye.
Masala ready ho Jai to ab boiled chany dal ke mix Karin achi tarhn se 2 minute ke ley bun lain. Phir ab pani dal dain jitna apko chahey 1-2 boil a Jai to cover Kar ke halki anch pe rakh dain 30 mint ke ley oil alagh ho jai ga
Oil alagh ho Jai to serving bowl main dal ke chano ke uper hara dania or garam masala dal ke serve Karin or enjoy Karin.
