  2. Make ready 2 onion

  1. Soaked chola overnight. Next day boil the chola with salt. Then make a paste of boiled chola with onion, garlic, ginger and chilli.
  2. Once paste is done then add chat masala, coriander powder, chopped coriander, salt, cornflower and rice powder in the paste and mixed all ingredients properly. Once mixing is done then give a shape of fingers to the chola mixture. Next pour oil in a pan and fry the chola fingers in a medium flame. Serve hot with mustard sauce or tomato sauce.
