  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add some sugar. Then add Mirin and honey. Whisk well until the mixture becomes fluffy.

  3. Add water (B) and mix them.

  7. When the pancakes are cooked, cover with a plastic film or a wet cloth immediately to prevent drying. Continue making pancakes. You can cook 16~20 pancakes.
  8. Put some anko on a pancake. If the texture of anko is too thick, knead it by adding a small amount of water.
  9. Take another pancake and make a sandwich and wrap with a plastic film. Press their rim gently.
