  1. In a sufuria heat your oil and fry your onions till golden brown,when I say golden brown I mean all your onions should turn golden brown hence use enough oil to fry them
  2. Put your beef to already fried onions and stir it till it turns golden brown too,
  3. Add your pilau masala,ginger, garlic and salt to the beef and mix well and let it cook for 3mins
  4. Add your rice and stir to mix well with your beef
  5. Add water,stir and let it cook till the water starts boiling. Then lower your heat and let your pilau cook in low heat till it's ready
