Once well combined, add in the tahini paste, vanilla and honey
Whisk again until well incorporated
Next add the flour gradually into the mixture and keep folding in
Once done, cover the mixture with a cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Post refrigeration, preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius
Add the sesame seeds on a plate and mix them well
Create cookies of desired shapes (you can roll and cut using cutters too)
Coat each cookie with sesame seeds and place them on the baking tray aligned with a baking sheet(with a 2 finger gap between each)
Place the tray into the oven and bake until you see the sides and surface brown (approx 10-12 minutes)
Place the cookies to cool on a wired rack post baking and then store them airtight
These cookies have an unique flavour thanks to the tahini, and every bite will be delightfully crunchy due to the sesame coating.
