  1. Wash poha and oats with water and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. After 10 min,put poha and oats in mixi jar.add semolina and curd.make a paste.add little water about 1/4 cup.
  3. Now add all vegetables.add,peanuts, coriander, green chilli,salt and black pepper powder.mix well and add oil
  4. Mix it.preheat the oven at 220 F for 4-5 min.grease the muffin moulds.now add eno fruit salt and mix it.transfer the batter in to moulds.bake at 220 degreeF for 25 minutes.
  5. Let it b cool.demoulds the muffins.garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle some sauce on the top….healthy breakfast muffins are ready…enjoy
