  1. With the skin still on boil the green banana in salty water until the skin turns black or a tooth pick pressed goes in easily
  2. Drain the excess water and let them cool and then peel the skin
  3. In a pot fry the onions until golden brown then add in your sliced tomatoes and the cubes
  4. Lower the heat and cook this mixture until the tomatoes are soft and tender or well cooked
  5. Add in the sliced cooked green bananas gently mix to ensure they are well coated in the paste. add a few tablespoons of water and let this cook covered 5 minutes on a medium low heat
  6. Switch of the heat and sprinkle your chopped dhania then serve hot
