  9. Cover the frying pan with a lid right away, and cook for 90 seconds-2 minutes, until you can no longer hear the steam sizzling. Turn off the heat and let it sit with the lid on for 2 minutes.
  10. Holding the edges of the parchment paper, take the gateau chocolat out of the frying pan and cool it on a plate. (The cooked cake will be about 2 cm high.)
  11. Peel off the parchment paper when the gateau chocolat is cool. Dust with powdered sugar, using a tea strainer. (Cocoa powder is also OK)
