Instructions to make Oats Ragi idli chilli:

  2. First of all for marination, mix cornflour and wheat flour in a bowl, add water little by little to make a thick paste. Add a bit of salt and black pepper powder to this. Coat all idli pieces into this marination and bake in oven by placing them on foil paper in a tray for about 20 minutes on 180℃. If they haven't turned a bit crispy from outside, bake them for more 10 minutes.
  3. Till that time, mix ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar in a bowl and keep it aside.
  4. In a wok, heat oil and add green chillies. Ads french beans and saute them for 5 minutes. Now add capsicum and saute for another 1 minute by adding salt to these vegetable. Add half of cabbage and saute well.
  5. Now add the mixture of sauces to this and mix well. Add 2 pinches of black pepper powder to this. Give it a good mix.
  6. By this time your idlis must have turned crispy. Add them to the above wok and mix them well. Add sesame seeds, coriander leaves and serve them hot by garnishing with remaining cabbage.
