Steps to make Ragi Dhokla:
In a bowl add ragi flour, semolina, ginger garlic paste. Also add green chili paste, salt, curd, and vegetable. Mix everything together.
Add water to adjust the consistency.
Grease a tin or plate with oil. Add fruit in the batter and mix gently once. Transfer this batter to the greased tin.
Steam for about 10-12 minutes on medium flame. Let it cool down for some time. Unmould it and cut it into desired shape and size.
Now heat oil in a tempering pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Curry leaves, and Slit green chilies. Saute for a minute. Pour this tempering over the cut dhokla pieces. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and grated carrots and beetroot.
Serve with green coriander chutney.
